Laser Cutting
Our Laser Cutting Service offers a new state of the art approach to fabrication. Why build your product 1 piece at a time with multiple weld joints when you can design your product to be laser cut and bent eliminating 50-80% of the welding.
CNC Bending
Our CNC Bending Capabilities allows us to reach high tolerances and provide you with parts that are bent to tolerance. This service opens up a new level of fabrication that compliments any laser cut work.
Welding
Our skilled welders are trained and proven to provide continuous, long and durable welds. Trained to Weld: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Galvanized Steel and Aluminum.
Sandblasting
We use an 80 Grit Abrasive StarBlast that removes all impurities from the metal surface and profiles the surface, preparing it for Powder Coating.
Powder Coating
For all outdoor applications we Epoxy Prime the steel with a low molecule primer that melts deep into the profiled metal surface. A Super Durable TGIC Polyester Powder Coat is then applied offering protection against: UV Rays, Sun Fade, Chalking, Scratching and Scuffing.
